What is the Number Match Game?
The Number Match Game is a game that is frequently played at major events to get the people at the event to intermingle and meet each other. The event organizers give each person a number which that person displays. There is typically 3 or 4 persons with the same number at the same event. The person then tries to find others at the event with the same number. Event organizers usually provide prizes to the attendees that were able to find one or more of there number matches.
The Number Match Game website is used by the participants to help them find other attendees with their matching number so that they can meet in person and then hopefully be one of the ones to collect a prize. Prizes are not awarded by Number Match Game directly as we are not directly related to any individual event, nor are we endorsing any individual event. We just simply help to facilitate the connection of users with other users that have the same numbers.
The more participants at a specific event share their numbers in the Number Match Game website the more likely they will be to find their match so please share the web site with your friends at the event and encourage them to share with their friends. We also make it easy for you to share the website and any specific event with others via social media like "Facebook". Just use the Share Buttons on the page.
The Number Match Game is also frequently called by different event organizers as the Numbers Game, the Match-N-Win Game and the Match Me Up Game.
How does the Number Match Game site work?
Number Match Game helps users find other users who have the same number.
- First click on Login and then Click here to Register to create a FREE account.
- Find the event you are attending in our system under Events.
- Add your number and hit the + button to add the number.
- If you are not already logged you will need to login or create an account to be able to save the number to this event.
- If you have more than one number you can enter additional numbers for that event.
- Besides sharing your phone number or email with others when a number match is found you can also enter your location at the event like a Lot Number or a Booth Number.
- Once a matching number is found you will be notified that a match exists.
- To see your matches you will need to select a Payment Plan for that match.
- You will then be able to see the information on the other user with the same number match.
- At this point you can contact the other user using one of the contact methods that user has provided or via the Private Message system within the site.
How am I notified that there is a match to my number?
Once the Number Match Game has found that a matching number exists we will notify you via a system Private Message and also via an email from the website.
The email will provide you information about your match or how to get information about your match depending on the payment plan you are currently using.
The system says my number matched another persons number but I don't see their email and/or phone number?
The Number Match Game allows each user to decide what personal information they are willing to share with other users of the game so not all users will have all contact methods visible.
If a user wishes to be more cautious with their personal information then we encourage you to respect their wishes by contacting them via the sites Private Message system. This will allow you to send a message to them that only they will see. You can use the Private Message system to communicate and arrange a mutually convenient time and location to meet.
To modify your information you can change it in your own profile by clicking on My Profile after logging into your account. The items with the green dot next to them are also visible to other users that are matched with you. None of your information is visible to users who are not matched with you. There must first be a match to be able to see another user.
I entered two numbers for an event but I don't see them under My Matches?
The numbers shown under My Matches in your profile are only those numbers that the Number Match Game has found another user with the same number to match you with.
You can see all of the numbers you've entered for a specific event by clicking on the event under My Events in your profile page.
On the event page you will be able to see the previous numbers you've added for the event under the My Secret Numbers section. You will also be able to add additional numbers from this page for this event.
You will also be able to add your location at the event such as your lot number, booth number, room number, etc. in the My Location section if you so wish to do so.
Just make sure that you are on the correct event before adding your numbers.
My Event is not listed, what do I do?
Either a participant or an event organizer can create an Event in the Number Match Game website. Simply click on the Event button at the top and then click on the Create an Event button. Then provide the details about the event you are going to attend, or are currently attending and click on Save. The form will ask for the Event Name, Location, Event Dates, Event Website and the Event Description.
A system moderator will verify the information to be sure the event isn't in our system more than one time and that it is a legitimate event. To be sure that we approve your event quickly please make sure the Event Website is pointed to the page the Event Planners have for the event. We will not be able to approve events unless we can verify that it is a real event.
If you feel that your event is not going to be easy for us to verify then please also consider reaching out to us via the Contact Us page and provide us any further details you feel we should need.
What is visible to me or others on the My Profile page?
Within the My Profile page of the Number Match Game you will have access to nearly all of your account information.
- Under My Profile you will be able to change your contact information and your profile picture.
- Under My Matches you will see all of the numbers you've entered that have a match.
- Under My Matching Plan you will see your current matching plan.
- Under My Events you will see all of the current events you've entered a number for.
- Under My Messages you will see the most recent of your Private Messages.
- Under My Contacts you will see any of the users you've become connected to because of current or past matches.
How do I remove someone from being able to see my contact information?
There are two things you should change if you want to make it so someone can't see your personal information.
- If you want to hide something from all users you'll want to change it in your profile to be hidden. First go to My Profile and then click on the Edit button.
- If you just want to stop allowing one person from seeing your information then you can go to My Profile and click on the connection you'd like to remove under My Connections. Then while viewing the connections profile click on the De-Friend button.
What does it cost to play?
First thing is that you can play the game for FREE! All you have to do is enter your game numbers you've been given by the event promoters. If you don't already have a free account you'll need to register to save your numbers to the event.
As other attendees at the event post their numbers the Number Match Game will let them & you know if your number matches any one else. The more everyone from the event plays by entering their number into the website, the more likely it is that your match will be found so make sure you tell everyone you meet to register.
Once a matching number is found in our system you have three choices on how you can see which attendee have your matching number and be able to contact them.
- One Number Match - This option is perfect if you just want to find the contact information of one match at the event. Using this option you will need to pay each time you have a new matching number to be able to see your matches contact information. This plan applies to each number match separately. If you wish to be notified of all matches at the event then you will want to get the Event Number Match plan.
- Event Number Match Plan - With this plan we'll let you know the contact information for all of your matches at this event. Using this plan you will be able to see all of your number matches contact information that are found for this event. Each event is separate so paying for an Event Number Match plan for one event doesn't provide you the matches at your next event. For that you'll want to get the Lifetime Number Match plan.
- Lifetime Number Match Plan - With the Lifetime plan and you'll always be given the contact information for matching numbers at any event that you attend. You'll be a Lifetime Member of the Number Match Game! This plan covers all number matches for all events in the future as well as the current event. This plan gives you the most value!

Payment of a plan is not refundable. The Number Match Game does not guarantee that future matches will be found. If you are paying for a plan where we've show that there is one or more matches then we can assure you that a match is available.
The odds of finding a match are dependent on the number of participants at the event which choose to play the Number Match Game and enter their numbers into the website. To increase your odds of finding your matching numbers at an event be sure to let others know about the website by telling them and sharing with them via social media.
How do I upgrade My Matching Plan?
If you'd like to upgrade from one matching plan to another matching plan just login and go to My Profile and then click on My Matching Plan. From there you can select a new plan.
All plan payments are non-refundable and can not be downgraded so please be sure of your selections before upgrading.
The best way to save the most amount of money is to get the Lifetime Matching Plan which means you'll never have to pay for a match again for any event you attend in the future.
What forms of payment is accepted?
The Number Match Game website accepts payments from PayPal or Credit Cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
